micromp2.js demo

Pick any audio file your browser can decode (or use the built-in test tone), choose a bitrate, press Encode to MP2, then compare by ear: the decoded MP2 is played back through micromp2's own decoder. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Sound quality is the product of a simple masking model; see the README for what is and is not measured. A downloaded .mp2 plays in VLC, FFmpeg-based players and most broadcast tools; browsers cannot play raw MP2.
