Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2025 | Last Updated: February 16, 2026

This policy applies to the Global Chaos CB Radio (GCCR) application, provided by Dialer's Apps.

Our Core Principle: Privacy by Design

The Global Chaos CB Radio app is designed with privacy as a core principle. Dialer's Apps does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, address, email, or contact information. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any external analytics services to monitor your activity within the app.

Information We DO NOT Collect

  • Your Real Name, Address, Email, or Contact Information

  • Your Device ID or unique hardware identifiers from your device

  • Your GPS Location or any location data

  • Usage statistics, analytics, or behavioral tracking data for advertising or marketing purposes

  • The contents of your voice transmissions are not recorded or stored. Audio is server-relayed in real-time only and never persisted to disk

  • No third-party tracking or analytics services are used

Information Managed Locally on Your Device

All settings and preferences are stored only on your local device's memory (e.g., in a browser's localStorage or a device's local storage database). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.

  • Your Nickname (Peer ID)

Your chosen nickname is stored locally on your device and used as your identifier during active sessions. If you clear your local storage, this nickname is reset. Note: Your nickname may be temporarily stored on the server during active sessions for routing purposes and in inactive user records for moderation purposes, but it is not linked to your real identity.

  • Blocked Users List

The list of users you have blocked is stored locally on your device and synchronized with our servers. Block relationships are stored on our servers (in block-map.json) to ensure blocks persist across sessions and to prevent blocked users from sending you messages. This data is used solely for blocking functionality and moderation purposes.

  • Audio Settings

Your preferences for echo mode, app sounds, master gain, bass processor effects (with level), CB radio effect, and PTT mode (hold-to-talk or tap-to-start/stop) are stored locally.

  • Color Themes & Button Preferences

Your selected color scheme (8 options), button theme (20+ options), and other UI customizations are stored locally on your device.

  • Custom Emoji Settings

Your custom emoji feedback button configurations (3 customizable buttons) are stored locally on your device.

  • Conversation Threads

Private message conversations are stored locally in your device's storage. These are never transmitted to our servers except when actively sending/receiving messages.

Operational Data Stored on Our Servers

To provide and secure the service, our servers store certain operational data. This data is used exclusively for security, moderation, and system functionality, not for tracking or advertising.

  • Connection Data

IP addresses and channel IDs (sessionId) are stored in inactive user records and ban records for moderation and security purposes. This data helps prevent abuse and enforce bans. IP addresses are not shared with third parties.

  • Device Fingerprints

Device fingerprints (anonymized identifiers derived from browser/device characteristics using SHA-256 hashing) are stored to prevent ban evasion and maintain moderation effectiveness. These fingerprints are created from technical characteristics (user agent, screen resolution, timezone, etc.) combined with a random salt stored locally on your device. They are not linked to your real identity and cannot be used to identify you outside of this service.

  • Nickname History

Previously used nicknames may be stored in inactive user records to help identify users who change nicknames to evade moderation. This is used solely for security and moderation purposes.

  • Reaction Statistics

Reaction scores (hearts, middle fingers, LOLz, key-ups) are tracked per device fingerprint for leaderboard purposes. These statistics reset monthly and monthly winners are stored in the Hall of Fame. This data is not linked to your real identity.

  • Temporary Message Content

Private messages sent to offline users are temporarily stored in server memory (up to 25 messages per user) and are delivered when the user comes back online. These messages are not persisted to disk and are automatically deleted from memory after delivery. When both users are online, private messages are relayed in real-time and not stored. Suspicious activity (such as bot detection, rate limit violations, and validation failures) is logged to the server console for moderation purposes but is not stored in memory or persisted to disk.

  • Ban Records

When users are banned, we store ban records including fingerprints, IP addresses (if available), and associated nicknames. This is necessary to enforce bans and prevent ban evasion.

  • Block Relationships

When you block a user, the block relationship (your fingerprint and the blocked user's fingerprint) is stored on our servers in block-map.json. This ensures blocks persist across sessions and prevents blocked users from sending you messages or appearing in your user list. Block data is synchronized between your device and our servers for functionality purposes.

  • Audio Metadata (Not Content)

During active sessions, we temporarily store metadata about audio messages (message IDs, timestamps, routing information) to facilitate real-time delivery. The actual audio content is never stored - it is relayed in real-time only. This metadata is automatically purged after the session ends.

Third-Party Services and Data Routing

The GCCR app transmits all audio data exclusively through our secure server infrastructure hosted by CloudFlare and DigitalOcean. Unlike many similar services, there are no peer-to-peer connections. All traffic is routed through our controlled infrastructure.

  • Our Server Infrastructure

Our infrastructure, hosted by CloudFlare and DigitalOcean, sees the IP addresses of connecting users and their channel ID for routing and moderation purposes. This operational data is stored as described above but is not shared with third parties for tracking or advertising. CloudFlare and DigitalOcean act as hosting providers and do not have access to the content of communications.

  • External Links

This policy does not cover external sites you may access from links within the app, such as:

    • App stores (Google Play Store for Android app downloads, App Store for iPhone app downloads)

    • Payment/support platforms (Cash App for donations)

    • Merchandise platforms (dialer.myspreadshop.com for official merchandise)

Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of external sites, who may use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies. Please review their policies separately.

Data Retention

Operational data (fingerprints, IP addresses, ban records) is retained indefinitely for security and moderation purposes. Reaction statistics reset monthly, with monthly winners permanently stored in the Hall of Fame. Inactive user records are periodically cleaned up but may be retained for extended periods for moderation purposes.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, traditional data subject rights (like GDPR "right to be forgotten") do not directly apply. However, you can:

  • Clear your local storage at any time to reset all local preferences and data

  • Change your nickname at any time (subject to cooldown periods to prevent abuse)

  • Block or unblock users as you see fit

  • Contact us at wardialerproductions@gmail.com with questions or concerns

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page. Our core principle is that we do not collect personally identifiable information, and we store operational data only as necessary for security and moderation purposes.

Rules and Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 17, 2026

Global Chaos CB Radio (the "Service") is an adult-oriented, real-time voice-based social platform operated by Dialer's Apps. These Rules and Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any incorporated Community Guidelines, govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing, transmitting audio on, listening to, registering for, or otherwise using the Service (including keying up on any channel), you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use and access.

1. Age Requirement – 21+ Only Policy

The Service is intended exclusively for individuals 21 years of age or older and contains adult-oriented content, including mature language, adult themes, and material unsuitable for persons under 21. You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this requirement to comply with applicable laws and maintain an appropriate environment.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification or other verifiable proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof, or any determination that a user is under 21, results in immediate and permanent denial of access. Associated data will be preserved for compliance and potential law enforcement purposes. Decisions under this section are final and non-appealable.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policies

2.1 Pedophilic Material

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors.

Permitted: General references to pedophilia, including factual accusations or statements that an individual is a pedophile, are permitted in the context of normal discourse, provided such statements do not violate other provisions of these Terms.

Prohibited: Any graphic depiction, detailed description, narrative, promotion, glorification, or facilitation of sexual acts involving individuals under the age of 18. This includes, without limitation:

  • Detailed descriptions of sexual acts involving minors.

  • Graphic narratives or stories involving minors in sexual contexts.

  • Explicit discussions of sexual activities with minors.

  • Content that could reasonably be construed as promoting, glorifying, or providing detailed information about sexual acts involving minors.

Legal Consequences and Service Response: Violations may constitute criminal offenses under applicable local, state, federal, or international laws, regardless of server location. Upon detection, we will:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate access.

  • Preserve all relevant data (including audio recordings) for potential law enforcement purposes.

  • Report the violation to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Such decisions are immediate, permanent, and non-appealable.

Reporting: Report suspected violations immediately by emailing wardialerproductions@gmail.com with clear details (including timestamps, usernames, and channel/context if known). All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

2.2 Doxxing, Real-World Threats, and Targeted Harm

We prohibit any conduct that jeopardizes users' offline safety, privacy, or well-being.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • Real-world threats: Any statement or content reasonably interpreted as a threat of violence, stalking, swatting, harassment, or other physical or offline harm.

  • Targeted harassment: Coordinated, sustained, or incited efforts to intimidate, humiliate, or cause harm to an individual, including encouraging third parties to engage in prohibited conduct.

Enforcement: Violations result in immediate permanent termination of access, full preservation of audio, text, IP, and related data, and potential referral to law enforcement. There is no appeal for violations under this section.

2.3 Zero-Tolerance Policy on Doxxing

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding doxxing in any form.

Prohibited: Publishing, sharing, threatening to publish, soliciting, encouraging others to publish, or otherwise disseminating private or personally identifiable information about another user without their explicit consent. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full legal name

  • Home or work address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Financial account details

  • Family member information

  • Employer or workplace details

  • Vehicle registration or license plate information

  • Geolocation data

  • Any other information that could be used to identify, locate, or contact a person offline

Legal Consequences and Service Response: Doxxing often violates state and federal laws (including stalking, harassment, identity theft, and privacy statutes). Upon detection or credible report, we will:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate access to the Service.

  • Preserve all relevant data (including audio recordings, text logs, IP addresses, and account information) for potential law enforcement purposes.

  • Report the violation to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.

Such decisions are immediate, permanent, and non-appealable.

Reporting: Report suspected doxxing immediately by emailing wardialerproductions@gmail.com with clear details (including timestamps, usernames, and channel/context if known). All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

2.4 Zero-Tolerance Policy on Cyberstalking

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding cyberstalking in any form.

Prohibited: Using the Service or any other means to repeatedly or persistently follow, monitor, track, surveil, or contact another user in a way that would cause a reasonable person to fear for their safety or suffer substantial emotional distress. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repeatedly joining channels, sessions, or spaces primarily or solely to monitor or follow a specific user after they have indicated they do not want contact (including by blocking, muting, or leaving to avoid you).

  • Creating or using alternate accounts, devices, or identifiers to circumvent another user's blocks or to continue contact after being blocked.

  • Gathering or compiling information about a user (including through the Service, other platforms, or third parties) for the purpose of monitoring, intimidating, or harassing them.

  • Using the Service to coordinate or encourage others to monitor, follow, or harass a specific user.

  • Any pattern of conduct that a reasonable person would understand as unwanted, repeated attention or contact that causes fear or substantial emotional distress.

A single instance of unwelcome contact may violate other provisions of these Terms (e.g., harassment); this section applies to repeated or persistent conduct that amounts to stalking, whether on the Service or in combination with off-Service behavior that is reported to us.

Legal Consequences and Service Response: Cyberstalking may violate state and federal laws (including stalking, harassment, and computer-fraud statutes). Upon detection or credible report, we will:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate access to the Service.

  • Preserve all relevant data (including audio recordings, text logs, IP addresses, account information, and evidence of cross-account or cross-platform conduct) for potential law enforcement purposes.

  • Report the violation to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.

Such decisions are immediate, permanent, and non-appealable.

Reporting: Report suspected cyberstalking immediately by emailing wardialerproductions@gmail.com with clear details (including timestamps, usernames, channel/context, description of the repeated or persistent conduct, and any off-Service behavior if relevant). All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

3. General Prohibited Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Harass, bully, impersonate others, spam, or engage in abusive behavior.

  • Circumvent moderation tools, use bots/automation, or disrupt the Service or its networks.

  • Harvest or collect user information without consent.

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

We may monitor, record, and preserve audio transmissions and related data for moderation, safety, compliance, and legal purposes. By transmitting audio or using the Service, you expressly consent to such monitoring, recording, and preservation.

3.5 User Responsibility and Self-Moderation

The Service provides users with tools to manage their own experience, including the ability to permanently block, mute, or report other users, as well as the option to leave or switch channels at any time. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with others on the Service.

Continued engagement with users who violate these Terms (including but not limited to those engaging in pedophilic references, trolling, harassment, doxxing, cyberstalking, or other objectionable conduct) is a voluntary choice. Users who choose to remain in conversations with prohibited or undesirable individuals do so at their own risk.

We permanently mute or ban extreme offenders where appropriate, but we do not guarantee a troll-free or harassment-free environment. Users must take personal responsibility for curating their own experience. Failure to utilize available self-management tools does not create any additional duty or liability for Dialer's Apps. We are not responsible for any emotional distress, harm, or other consequences resulting from a user's decision to engage with, argue with, or remain exposed to other users' content.

4. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, monitor, remove, or disable any content or account at our sole discretion for suspected violations. We are not liable for any failure to monitor or enforce these Terms.

4.1 Community Moderation

The Service may utilize community moderators who are authorized to take moderation actions (including muting, banning, or other enforcement) in accordance with tools and permissions provided by the Service. Decisions made by community moderators do not necessarily reflect or strictly adhere to the policies of Dialer's Apps. The app developer may not be aware of or condone all moderation actions that occur. Dialer's Apps is not responsible for the specific judgment, interpretation, or conduct of individual moderators, and moderator actions do not create any additional duty or liability for Dialer's Apps beyond what is set forth in these Terms.

Consequences of Violations may include:

  • Immediate temporary or permanent suspension/termination.

  • Data preservation for legal or law enforcement purposes.

  • Reporting to authorities when appropriate.

Decisions regarding age, pedophilic content, doxxing, real-world threats, targeted harassment, or cyberstalking are final and non-appealable.

5. User Content and Representations

You retain ownership of content you transmit. By using the Service, you grant Dialer's Apps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service.

You represent that your content is lawful, does not infringe third-party rights, and that you have all necessary permissions. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of transmission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, software, and functionality, is owned by Dialer's Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or extract source code without our written permission, except as expressly allowed by law.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to collection, use, and disclosure of information as described therein, including device fingerprinting, IP logging, audio transmission/storage, interaction data, and session information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, SECURITY, ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE, OR VIRUS-FREE SERVERS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dialer's Apps, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

10. Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use thereof (a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures (effective as of the date of the Dispute), except for qualifying small claims court actions. Arbitration will occur in Concord, New Hampshire (virtual hearings permitted unless otherwise required).

You and Dialer's Apps waive any right to a jury trial or to participate as a class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or award class-wide relief. This agreement survives termination.

If any portion is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Opt-Out Right: You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (or any material update) by emailing wardialerproductions@gmail.com with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," including your full name, account details, and date of first use. Opt-out does not affect prior disputes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, exclusive jurisdiction for any non-arbitrable matters lies in state or federal courts in Concord, New Hampshire.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cease use immediately.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including suspected violations. Upon termination, your rights cease. Surviving provisions (indemnity, liability limits, arbitration, etc.) continue.

14. Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect; the invalid provision will be reformed to closest intent. No waiver of any term is continuing. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any incorporated materials constitute the entire agreement.
